ho detto, io ho chiuso il mio cuore
faccia i ragazzi e le ragazze ancora vanno
se fossi molto sicuro
diami la fame
ma alas, sogni giusti
un'ombra grigia sottile sul bordo di pensiero
e mentre abbiamo camminato l'erba debolmente stata mescolata
ora che mi sono raffreddato a voi
sia paziente, vita, quando l'amore al cancello
il vecchio ovest, il vecchio tempo
oscillato nella culla del profondo
ho visto con gli occhi aperti
lascilo muoversi lentamente tramite la via
la mia madre lo ha insegnato che ogni notte
