The Idaho Commission on the Arts presents the Poetry Out Loud state finals, 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Boise High School Auditorium, 1010 Washington St. Eleven students from high schools across the state will compete for a chance to attend the National Finals in Washington, D.C., on April 27.
